LaForce is expanding, and we're looking for talented individuals in Green Bay, WI to help make it happen! This is your opportunity to kickstart a career in the doors, frames, and hardware industry as a Takeoff Estimator - no hard hat required, just a willingness to learn and a drive to grow.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze blueprints and specifications to identify materials needed for commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed takeoffs for bidding - accuracy and organization are key.
- Collaborate with sales, pricing teams, and architects to clarify project details.
- Help ensure our bids are complete, competitive, and on time.
- Play a vital role in supporting projects in our growing Tampa, FL market - all from right here in Green Bay, WI.

- Familiarity with construction documents (experience is a plus!).
