Job Description Job Description Assist with mail room duties including sorting, distributing, and processing incoming and outgoing documents Maintain organized files and documentation while ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards Assist the team during peak open enrollment periods Handle multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy Collaborate with administrative team members to support daily office operations Provide limited phone support during peak enrollment periods as needed Qualifications: 2+ years of administrative or clerical experience required Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and multitasking abilities High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality Reliable, accountable, and dependable work ethic Previous mail room or document processing experience is a plus Benefits administration or insurance related experience is preferred but not required
