Banquet Captain

Provide ongoing direction, supervision and monitoring to banquet staff. Coordinate all aspects of the room/facilities set‑up, including audio/visual and F&B, so that all efforts are directed toward guest satisfaction, achievement and maintenance of division standards, and profit maximization. Perform various other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Minimum of high school education. Minimum of one (1) year in a hotel customer service role. Food safety certification preferred. Alcohol awareness certification preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to provide legible communication and directions. Outgoing personality. Ability to communicate effectively verbally. Team player. Strong leadership skills. Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members. Excellent time management skills.
