Call Response Time: 30 Minutes
Supervision: MDs Onsite; Little to No Supervision

Regular Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Call Hours: 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Call Schedule:

• 1 weekday call per week
• Combination of primary and secondary call
• Either 5:00 PM or 7:00 PM room per week

Required Case Experience:

• General
• Orthopedics, primarily spine
• Urology
• Ophthalmology
• GYN
• ENT
• Podiatry
• OB - Heavy volume
• Dental and pediatric dental - Very limited

Regional Anesthesia:

• Spinals - Must be proficient
• Blocks - Must be proficient
• Epidurals - Must be proficient

Case Logs: Required
Case Log Documentation: Proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks required

Providers During the Day: 9
Operating Rooms: 6
Endoscopy Rooms: 2
Cath Lab: 1
IR Room: 1
EMR: Epic

• CRNA
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
• Proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals
• Case logs required as proof of experience
• Must be able to meet the 30-minute call response time
• Comfortable with little to no physician supervision
• Experience with a broad range of surgical cases, including heavy OB
