Physical Therapist (PT) Yukon Clinic

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy treatment to patients with a wide range of diagnoses.
• Work collaboratively with PTAs and other healthcare professionals to create and implement effective treatment plans.
• Foster strong relationships with patients, encouraging engagement and lasting results.
• Maintain accurate documentation that meets regulatory and clinic standards.
• Participate in clinic initiatives that improve care, streamline processes, and enhance the patient experience.
• Help strengthen the clinics presence in the Yukon community through excellent service and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Oklahoma.
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow professionally.
• Interest in being part of a supportive, community-focused clinic.
