District Operations Manager - Night Shift $60K OTE + Company Vehicle | Columbia, MD (DMV Region) Salary: $60,000 Annual OTE (On-Target Earnings) Employment Type: Full-Time, W2 | Bi-Weekly Pay Location: Based in Columbia, MD - overseeing operations across the DMV (DC, Maryland & Northern Virginia) Why CCS? The Role You’ll take full ownership of doorstep trash collection across the DMV market - from Columbia, MD as your home base out to communities throughout DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. You’ll launch new communities, build and develop your team, meet with clients in person, and work the field alongside your crew. This is a true hybrid of white-collar management and blue-collar work. You’ll set the standard by leading from the front, every day. Please note: this position cannot be held alongside another full-time job.
