Qualifications Valid licensure and credentials expected. Successful experience working as a social worker in a school with at-risk students in setting III is highly desirable. Education, Experience & Special Requirements, And Licensure Licensed Graduate Social Work preferred (LGSW) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW). Must also have credentials from the Minnesota Department of Education. Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work or chemical health related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. K-12 School Social Work License. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, staff and administration.
