Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician – Join the Team in the Children’s ER

IES, Integrative Emergency Services, a physician-owned private practice, is recruiting full-time, part-time or PRN Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians to join the team in the Children’s ER at Tucson Medical Center.

Pediatric Emergency Department:

· Volume: 31,000

· Admission Rate: 1%

· Patients/Hour: 1.5-2 per clinician

· Physician Coverage: 30 hrs daily

· Physician Shifts: 9 hours

· APP Coverage: 12 hrs daily, 18 hours during winter surge

· Pedi ED Beds: 14

· Pedi Hospital Beds: 33

· NICU: 42-bed, Level III

· PICU: 12 beds

· EMR: Epic

Qualifications:

· BC/BE Pediatrician with Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship

· BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician with Pediatric Emergency Fellowship or combined Adult/Pediatric Emergency Medicine residency

· BC Pediatrician with Pediatric Critical Care fellowship & 10 years hospital ER experience

· BC Pediatrician with 10 years hospital ER experience

· Arizona Medical License (or ability to obtain)

· DEA
