Daily Responsibilities Include: Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Helping residents with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and transportation throughout the facility Recording vital signs, weights, food intake, and other resident information Answering call lights promptly and responding to resident needs Observing and reporting changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff Assisting residents during meals and encouraging proper nutrition and hydration Maintaining clean, organized, and comfortable resident rooms Supporting restorative and rehabilitative care programs Ensuring resident dignity, privacy, and respect at all times Working closely with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional care What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification Ability to provide compassionate and quality resident care Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable attendance and professional work ethic Ability to follow care plans and facility procedures Preferred Qualifications CPR Certification Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) Our Ideal Candidate Compassionate and caring Resident-focused Reliable and dependable A strong team player Positive and professional Committed to delivering exceptional care At Crystal Ridge Care Center, we believe our residents deserve caregivers who treat them like family.
