Registered Nurse - Psychiatry (Psych RN) in Woodsville, NH, travel assignment starting 08/19/2026 for 8 weeks. Shifts are 12-hour nights (7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.), three nights per week. Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing psychiatric assessments and document findings in the patient record
- Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and implement treatment plans under physician direction
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor for therapeutic and adverse effects
- Employ de-escalation techniques and ensure patient safety and unit safety
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other members of the care team to coordinate care
- Document care activities, participate in rounds, and provide patient and family education

Requirements
- Active registered nurse license in New Hampshire or eligibility for licensure in NH
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Prior psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience preferred (1+ year)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Ability to work nights in a hospital setting
- Eligible to work in the United States
