Analyst Lead, Pricing

About the Team This role sits within the Platform and Enterprise Products organization (Sales Operations), responsible for building out our enterprise product strategy. By creating an open, next‑generation fintech platform, FIS expands its solution offerings that can be embedded in any application that supports our clients’ financial services processes – from payments to banking to wealth to capital markets. Responsibilities Play a central role in pricing decision making for prospects and customers. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring prospective customers from pricing proposal to contract execution, including contract review and pricing package build. Develop financial models to drive decisions on acquisition of new products, customers, and partners. Use statistical analysis tools to generate predictive models of prospect and customer profitability. Develop and lead pricing strategy for Platform Fintel business, including introduction and adjustment of pricing types and fees, managing profitability and competitive industry pricing. Manage pricing initiatives for existing install base customers. Collaborate with relationship managers, business development, product managers, legal, contract administration, billing, and finance during the sales process. Identify opportunities to improve models through robust analytics and implement initiatives while building credibility with business leaders. Leverage subject‑matter experts across the organization to build and refine business cases. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or another quantitative field; master’s degree preferred. 3–4+ years of pricing experience. Strong understanding of payments product and technology strongly preferred. Sound knowledge of pricing strategy with emphasis on value‑based concepts, economic value analysis, cost considerations, negotiation practices, and financial analysis (margin analysis, IRR, NPV). Strong analytical, statistical, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Extensive experience building and maintaining complex financial models. Ability to change priorities and adapt to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced, complex environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Financial/FinTech industry experience preferred.
