We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused IT Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support to employees and help keep day-to-day technology operations running smoothly. This position will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user-access issues while providing responsive and professional support to end users.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of IT help desk or technical support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.

Responsibilities:
* Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, printer, and peripheral issues
* Set up and configure computers, laptops, monitors, printers, and other equipment
* Assist with user accounts, password resets, access permissions, and basic security-related issues
* Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot standard business applications
* Support Microsoft Windows and other applications
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including equipment setup and system access
* Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
* Escalate more complex technical issues to appropriate IT team members
* Maintain accurate records of IT equipment and assist with inventory management
* Follow established IT security policies, procedures, and best practices
* Provide friendly, timely, and professional service to employees
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma; Associate degree and/or technical certification preferred
* 2-3 years of experience in an IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, Technical Support, or similar role
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
* Experience troubleshooting computers, laptops, printers, software, and basic network/connectivity issues
