Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Worker to support manufacturing projects by preparing, pouring, finishing, and curing concrete molds. This role is essential to delivering durable, high-quality structures across commercial and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:,
- Prepare construction sites, including grading, forming, and setting up reinforcements (rebar, wire mesh)
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools and machinery
- Smooth and finish surfaces using trowels, floats, and finishing equipment, patch concrete.
- Install forms and ensure proper alignment and structural integrity
- Monitor curing process to ensure durability and quality standards
- Operate equipment such as concrete mixers, vibrators, and power tools
- Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean job site
- Collaborate with supervisors and construction team members to meet project deadlines
Required Experience:
- 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in concrete work or general construction
- Experience with pouring, finishing, and curing concrete and patching concrete.
- Familiarity with construction site safety practices
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Experience operating heavy equipment
Required Skills (Top 3):
- Concrete Finishing (troweling, smoothing, edging)
- Formwork and Reinforcement Setup (forms, rebar placement)
- Construction Site Safety Compliance (OSHA standards, PPE use)
Preferred Skills:
- Concrete Mixing and Placement Techniques
- Use of Power Tools and Construction Equipment
- Knowledge of curing compounds and sealing methods
