In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. Your Impact Creating a positive culture rooted in: honor, dignity & respect Support day‑to‑day restaurant operations Providing the highest quality of guest service through all contact points Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety Your Responsibilities The number one goal of a team leader is to ensure that each customer is receiving a remarkable experience in a refreshingly clean environment at all times Support restaurant leadership team with day‑to‑day operation Execute the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant Regularly motivates and encourages the team Become skilled at conflict resolution Handles personal conflict in the appropriate manner Possess the ability to delegate responsibilities and tasks to others, and see to it that they are completed in a timely manner (Inspect what you expect) Leads by example. Expected to exhibit CORE 4 and 2nd Mile Service and ensure that every team member is exhibiting these behaviors.
