Job Details Job Location: Cleburne Clinic - Cleburne, TX 76031 Position Type: PRN Salary Range: $24.25 - $28.00 Hourly Job Shift: Any Responsibilities Focus on physical assessments (vital signs, EKGs, labs) Obtain prior authorizations Maintain timely concurrent computer documentation / prescription drug ordering Administer injectable medication Engage in frequent phone, email, face‑to‑face and telemedicine interactions with physicians, ANPs, patients, caregivers, case managers, clinic manager, front office staff, insurance companies, and pharmacies Travel region‑wide as required Qualifications Licensed to practice as a Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of Texas Some mental health experience preferred Stable employment history Professional/diplomatic demeanor Energetic Organized Excellent attention to detail and multi‑tasking abilities Above average computer skills Strong communication and teamwork Determined patient advocacy Superior customer service Physical Abilities Must pass an agency‑required physical assessment and be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, squat, lift 25 pounds, sit for an extended period, and reach overhead. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pecan Valley Mh-Mr Region
