About the Role: Are you someone who takes pride in a job well donewhere the smallest details make the biggest difference? As a Detail - Make Ready Specialist, you'll be the finishing touch that transforms vehicles from "just cleaned" to showroom ready. This is more than just washing carsthis is about creating a great first impression and helping customers fall in love with their vehicle.

What You'll Be Doing:

Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and overall readiness
Hand wash, wax, buff, and polish vehicles to a high standard
Deep clean interiors: vacuuming, shampooing, and detailing every surface
Perform minor touch-ups and cosmetic repairs
Keep track of work completed and report any issues promptly
Follow all safety procedures to protect yourself and the vehicles

What We're Looking For:

Age 21 or older
Valid driver's license held for at least 3 consecutive years
High school diploma or GED
Experience in automotive detailing or a related field preferred
Familiar with tools like buffers, polishers, and steam cleaners
Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, polished results
Team player with the ability to work independently when needed

Preferred But Not Required:

Certification in automotive detailing
Experience with paint correction or interior restoration
Customer service or client-facing experience
