DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST

, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday Position: Data Entry Specialist Dayton Roger's is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our company database and ensuring the integrity and security of all information. Key Responsibilities: - Enter data into company database from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and online forms - Review and verify accuracy of data entered - Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data - Maintain confidentiality and security of all information - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry - Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed - Keep abreast of company policies and procedures related to data entry and make suggestions for improvement when necessary Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required - 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related field - Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Familiarity with basic data analysis techniques a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as a positive and supportive work environment.
