Telemarketing Car Sales Associate

This role requires a self-motivated and customer-oriented individual who has a passion for selling cars. As a Telemarketing Car Sales Associate at Subaru Evergreen Park, you will be responsible for interacting with customers over the phone, providing information about our vehicles, and ultimately promoting sales.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct sales calls to potential customers
• Promote and sell vehicles
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
• Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
• Participate in team & process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily

Requirements include:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
• Team player attitude
• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality
• Must have strong computer skills
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
• SPANISH AND/OR POLISH SPEAKER IS A PLUS!
