You'll be there to:Lead and Develop Caregivers: Providing training, coaching, fostering strong working relationships, and supporting performance development.Empower Residents: Help residents develop skills in independent living, personal care, and community integration.Be a Positive Role Model: Teach essential life skills such as cooking, socializing, and problem-solving, all while fostering a fun and supportive atmosphere.Participate in Fun Activities: Go on exciting community outings, cook meals together, and make sure everyone is engaged and having a good time!Provide Compassionate Care: Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, and meal assistance.Use Your Crisis Management Skills: Apply the techniques you learn in training to manage challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.What We're Looking For:If you're compassionate, patient, and ready to make a real difference, you might be just the person we're looking for!
