Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Scheduler to coordinate daily service appointments for fire protection technicians. This role is responsible for managing technician schedules, communicating with customers, and ensuring service calls are completed efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians for daily work orders
• Coordinate appointments with customers and confirm service visits
• Monitor technician schedules and adjust routes as needed
• Enter and update work orders in the scheduling system
• Communicate with technicians regarding schedule changes and priorities
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and customer information
• Provide excellent customer service over the phone and by email
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous scheduling, dispatching, or customer service experience required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience in the construction, service, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or fire protection industry is a plus
