Job Duties for Accounting Clerk | Finance:

• Assist with filing and scanning accounting documents into the system

• Retrieve documentation for annual audits and maintain accurate records

• Support accounts payable and receivable functions

• Provide necessary information for audits, tax returns, and insurance renewals

• Document processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities

• Follow all policies and procedures in place

• Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications for Accounting Clerk | Finance:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Accounting education or experience preferred

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities daily

• Team-oriented with sound judgment and a willingness to learn

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Clear and effective written and oral communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel preferred

• Ability to sit for duration of shift
