BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring enthusiastic, dependable, and energetic After-School Basketball Instructors to lead fun and engaging basketball programs for elementary-aged students throughout Boca Raton, FL .

Position Details
Part-time, after-school position
Monday through Friday
Afternoon after-school hours
1.5-hour sessions
$37.50 per session ($25 per hour)
No weekends
No lesson planning required
Curriculum and equipment provided
In-person position in Boca Raton

Lead engaging basketball sessions for elementary students
Teach age-appropriate basketball fundamentals and skills

Follow BBA's structured curriculum and activities
Create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Supervise groups of approximately 15–25 students
Encourage participation, confidence, and skill development
Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership
Qualifications
Basketball playing or coaching experience is preferred but not required
Experience working with children is a plus
Comfortable working with students in grades K–8
Reliable transportation to schools throughout Boca Raton
Dependable and punctual
Positive and energetic attitude
Must successfully complete the required Palm Beach County School District background check and fingerprinting process
