Job Title Travel RN – Emergency Department (Night Shift) Location Richmond, VA | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Weekend availability required | No on-call required Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a 50-bed cardiac-monitored Emergency Department, including an 8-bed Rapid Treatment Area Maintain a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio while performing typical ED clinical functions and procedures Operate GE cardiac monitoring equipment and document care using Meditech EMR Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses, EDTs, and medics during the night shift Demonstrate flexibility and a positive, teamwork-oriented approach in a fast-paced ED environment Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience BLS certification required ACLS certification required PALS certification required Must be available to work weekends Preferred Experience / Skills TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certification Previous experience working within an HCA facility Why Join Us Join a well-staffed, high-volume Emergency Department with a strong team culture and no on-call requirements Gain valuable travel nursing experience in a structured ED environment with consistent patient ratios Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 776614.
