Location: SONIC AUTOMOTIVE. 17319 Hwy 99, Lynnwood WA
Primary day-to-day responsibilities will entail troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs, working with end-users to resolve issues, and providing updates to management as needed.
MUST HAVE: Field tech experience client facing/executive customer service, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of site, warranty Dell support. Mac experience is a plus. Certification requirements: A+/nice to have Dell/Lenovo/Mac.
TOP 2 OR 3 REQUIRED SKILLS THAT CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing
WORK SCHEDULE: M-F/8-5/Overtime = YES/On-Call = YES
