Pay: $23.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift, 5 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday-Thursday. Overtime possible).

What's a Typical Day as an Assembler? You'll be:

• Building various assemblies by following detailed work instructions using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Ensuring product quality and meeting output quantities to satisfy customer demand.
• Complying with all company policies, guidelines, and requirements for quality and safety.
• Reporting issues with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to a coordinator or department leader.
• Completing regular housekeeping and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Using a PC or tablet to manage your daily schedule, access digital work instructions and tools, and report issues.

This Job Might Be an Outstanding Fit If You:

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Have one of the following: a High School Diploma or G.E.D., a National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC), or at least 3 years of manufacturing work experience (must have).
• Are able to perform manual tasks throughout the work shift, including frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 35 lbs), and repetitive actions.
• Are able and willing to work overtime and weekends.
• Have at least one year of experience in manufacturing or using mechanical tools (preferred).
• Can successfully complete a Physical Capacity Profile (PCP) test before placement.
