12-hour shift from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess recent experience in nursing and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent nursing experience.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current Registered Nurse license in the state where care is provided.
Basic Life Support certification.
Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification.
Proven capability to perform electronic fetal monitoring.
Demonstrated IV skills and ability to perform lab draws.
Knowledge of high-risk medication administration, including Magnesium, Oxytocin, and Insulin.
Ability to perform Urine Point of Care testing.
Familiarity with capillary blood glucose testing and IStat.
Experience in adult cardiac monitoring.
Knowledge of newborn monitoring equipment, including pulse oximetry and cardiac monitoring.
Ability to perform heel sticks and venipuncture on newborns.
Understanding of newborn medication administration, including IV administration and maintenance.
Familiarity with Bili-blankets/lights and radiant warmers.
Knowledge to support gynecological teaching and post-operative bladder training.
Ability to support maternal-newborn education.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
A minimum of 3 years of labor and delivery experience.
A minimum of 3 years of postpartum experience.
A minimum of 1 year of medical/surgical nursing experience.
