Water / Wastewater Project Professional

Position Overview As a Water/Wastewater Project Professional joining our New England Water Team, you will support our growing water resources market in New England through successful collaboration with our water and/or wastewater team. You will work in a team‑oriented environment, primarily leveraging your technical expertise to develop solutions for a wide range of water/wastewater projects. The role is hybrid and available in any of our New England offices. Locations Boston, MA Springfield, MA Worcester, MA Rocky Hill, CT Portland, ME Manchester, NH Responsibilities Provide technical guidance, design solutions, and skill‑based services for water and/or wastewater clients. Participate in technical, cost, and scheduling activities, ensuring company quality standards and driving customer value. Direct and coordinate water/wastewater activities, including multi‑disciplinary projects. Coordinate with regulatory and funding agencies. Participate in technical/project scoping activities and propose solutions to clients. Assist in project planning, budgeting, and establishing critical objectives. Work with clients, staff engineers, designers, and subconsultants. Qualifications B.S. in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or a related field. 10+ years of relevant experience. Strong technical expertise in municipal water and/or wastewater engineering, capable of providing technical leadership. Excellent organizational, communication, and technical writing skills. Professional Engineering Registration is preferred. The salary range for Massachusetts is $116,000 – $197,000.
