Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Hampton, SC, to join their personal injury litigation team. This position offers courtroom exposure, hands-on litigation training, and the chance to learn from experienced trial attorneys in a dynamic environment. Duties Manage a caseload with guidance from senior attorneys. Learn and execute litigation steps from filing to resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence. Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial proceedings. Second chair active litigation cases with experienced attorneys. Collaborate with litigation staff to efficiently progress cases. Provide excellent communication and client service. Requirements Active law license in South Carolina, in good standing, or a confirmed pending swear-in date. Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Interest in litigation, trial work, and client advocacy. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in South Carolina. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
