Event Sales Specialist

Job Overview Looking for flexible, project-based work that fits around your life? FLEX‑ROC by T-ROC is seeking energetic, outgoing individuals to represent exciting consumer brands during two‑week roadshows at Costco, Sam’s, BJ’s and other big‑box retailers. This short‑term, high‑impact role involves demoing products, engaging shoppers, and driving sales. Responsibilities Set up displays, kiosks, or demo stations inside retail stores. Arrange products attractively and ensure all promotional materials, signage, and samples are properly displayed. Approach and engage customers in a friendly manner to promote and sell products. Provide demonstrations and explain key features and benefits. Perform additional tasks as needed to support sales and marketing initiatives. Utilize company‑required apps including Vision App for timekeeping and sales reporting. Accurately log sales activity, customer engagement, and inventory usage in real time. Follow all store‑specific and T‑ROC safety, conduct, and hygiene protocols. Monitor, transport, and maintain promotional inventory, ensuring items are secure, clean, and replenished. Qualifications High school diploma or relevant work experience (preferred). Valid driver’s license, MVR check clearance, and auto insurance meeting T‑ROC minimum coverage. Strong communication and presentation skills with attention to detail. Reliable transportation to travel to assigned retail locations. Excellent customer service skills and ability to solve problems quickly. Proficient with smartphones and mobile applications. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, frequently squat, bend, reach, and lift/carry 25–50 pounds regularly. Smartphone that supports Vision App for time, data, and photo reporting.
