- Build strong rapport with customers to recommend the most suitable products and services.
- Forge and nurture key client relationships, adeptly negotiating and sealing deals.
- Craft comprehensive and precise sales proposals that seamlessly transition to the installation team, incorporating videos, photos, drawings, material lists, and detailed specifications.
- Instill confidence in buyers through the provision of thorough and accurate information about our products and their pricing.
- Ignite enthusiasm for Go Green among potential customers, encouraging them to become advocates for our brand.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of your market area, understanding customer needs and preferences.
- Contribute to the development of ambitious sales strategies and suggest potential areas for expansion.
- Ensure consistent communication with field staff, the installation manager, and the installation coordinator before, during, and after project completion.
- Conduct follow-up visits to completed projects for walk-throughs with customers, guaranteeing their satisfaction and providing further education on our services.
- Actively engage in networking groups to generate leads and drive sales growth.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Financial acumen including the ability to determine if a job is profitable and what operational activities affect positive or negative results.
- IT competent, previous experience with Microsoft Office and the latest sales applications.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- Good presentation and public speaking skills.
- Familiar with local codes and can speak to company product lines.
- Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life.
- Valid NC Driver's License with a clean driving record, as site visits are an integral part of the job.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying updated with the latest industry standards and costing methods.
