We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist (Outpatient) to join our team in Sierra Vista, AZ. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality therapy services to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional limitations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Must-Have Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Arizona
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Nice-To-Have Qualifications:

Experience in Outpatient, Rehabilitation, or Acute Care settings

Education & Certification

• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent required)
