Collaborate as an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, actively contributing to the development, implementation, and documentation of tailored goals and interventions based on patient strengths and psychiatric challenges. Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for: Education & Licensure: Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program required and can produce a valid Washington State RN license. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience: At least three years of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility. Additional Skill Requirements: Demonstrate exceptional crisis management and time management skills. Showcase your flexibility and creativity with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Exhibit a calm, organized, and professional demeanor even in stressful situations.
