Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑oriented Motorcycle Sales Associate to join our team. As a Motorcycle Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect Harley-Davidson motorcycle to suit their lifestyle and riding preferences. You will guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Responsibilities: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their motorcycle needs and preferences. Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers on Harley-Davidson motorcycles, accessories, and related products. Conduct test rides and demonstrations to showcase the features and performance of various motorcycle models. Assist customers in selecting the appropriate financing options and completing necessary paperwork for vehicle purchases. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment to showcase our motorcycles effectively. Qualifications: Previous sales experience in the automotive or powersports industry is preferred. Passion for motorcycles and a deep understanding of the Harley-Davidson brand and culture. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and sales closing skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively. Detail‑oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software is an asset. Motorcycle license or willingness to obtain one.
