Maintenance Engineer

You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues • Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade • Respond to all Guest assistance requests in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner Qualifications: • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required

• Respond to all Guest assistance requests in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner
