RBT (Registered Behavior Technician)

Majestic Care ABA is new to the area and looking to grow our team! We are looking for dynamic Registered Behavioral Technicians to join our team! CurrentlyworkingtowardsaBachelor’sdegreeinPsychology,SpecialEducationorrelatedfield preferred but not necessary. Experienceworkingdirectlywithchildrenwithinabehavioralformatpreferredbutnotnecessary. Completion of 40-hour RBT training course. Valid Registered Behavior Technician Certificate encouraged. (We will train if any individual if not currently registered) Validdriver’slicenseandsafedrivingrecord. 18yearsofageorolder. Excellentinterpersonal,organizational,andcommunicationskills Basiccomputerskillsdesiredwithwillingnesstoadvanceskilllevel. Acceptassignmentoflocationorclientasrequired. Abilitytolift50pounds. JobRequirement Treatclientswithrespectanddignity Appropriatelyengageclientduringthesession Actasarolemodel forclientsandcaregivers Beconsistent,reliable,andprovideservicesonagreedscheduleddays.Incaseofcancellation,attemptto makeupthesessionandnotifyBCBAofany discrepancies. Maintainprofessionalandeffectivecommunicationwithfamily/caregivers. AtminimumwillbesupervisedbyaBCBAweeklyorinaccordanceto theclient’streatmentplanandmustbereadytoprovidefeedbacktotheBCBAonprogress Willmeetwithsupervisorweeklyorinaccordancewith theclient’streatmentplan todiscussprogress,program development,andanalyzingofdataofchild. Notesshouldbetakendailyin CentralReachduringthelast15minutesofthe session. Session notes require parent signatures for in-home therapy sessions. Data collection and notes should be taken on devices given by Majestic Care ABA, and not personal devices. Keepaweeklyreinforcementchecklistandlet BCBA know if anything additional is needed. Maintaincleanandorganizedtoysandmaterials. Notresponsibleforotherchildreninthehousehold JobResponsibilities ChartingandcollectingABA andskilldataontheimprovementorlackthereofintheabilitiesofthechild. ImplementABAteachingtechniquesduringsession,suchas,differentialreinforcement,shaping,chaining,taskanalysis,andprompting,fading,andproactivestrategies. Followprogrammingobjectivesandfollowstreatmentplan(BIPwhenapplicable) ABA therapy is an evidence-based approach to behavior and skill development that relies on consistent, reliable staff to deliver structured, individualized interventions—ensuring continuity of care, accurate data collection, and meaningful, lasting progress for each client.
