Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Arkansas PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Home health experience preferred, including familiarity with OASIS documentation and homebound patient evaluation procedures. (Preferred)
• Experience supervising PT Assistants and aides in accordance with state practice act preferred. (Preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive PT evaluations, establish measurable goals, develop treatment plans, and document in required formats and timelines.
• Ability to consult with physicians and interdisciplinary teams and recommend adaptive equipment when indicated.
• Willingness to cover patients across multiple counties, including Independence, Sharp, Izard, White, Fulton, and Jackson counties.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Home Health.
• Shift: Days.
• Shift Requirements: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No weekends.
• Productivity Expectation: 30 points.
• License Requirement: Arkansas PT license.
• Counties Covered: Independence, Sharp, Izard, White, Fulton, Jackson.
• Mileage reimbursement policy listed by client. (Refer to recruiter for details.)
