Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant responsible for implementing treatment plans, providing exercise instruction, and patient education to enhance patient well-being in a home care setting. Key Duties Include Following state laws and supervising physical therapists’ treatment plans Instructing patients in exercises, gait, ADL, transfer, safety, and prosthetic training Monitoring, recording, and reporting patient responses and condition changes Coordinating care with healthcare team members and educating patients, families, and caregivers The role requires current licensure or certification, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in diverse home environments. Preferred skills include physical tasks such as lifting and mobility assistance.
