Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Acute care facility experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor required; AHA-Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or ARC-Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification required. Essential Functions: Collects relevant patient health data; analyzes assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues; develops and implements care plans; evaluates patient outcomes; collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare teams; provides health education; participates in discharge planning; delegates and coordinates duties of healthcare team members; performs other related duties.
