Remote PMHNP for Geriatric Telepsychiatry & Care Model

Folioworks

Folioworks seeks a remote PMHNP- or MD/DO-led psychiatrist to conduct telehealth evaluations and manage geriatric mental health care. You will develop the patient journey, support intake workflows, and contribute to the clinical model for senior care.

The role emphasizes building a therapeutic alliance with older adults, providing medication management within scope, and coordinating with care teams in a flexible, 100% remote setting.
