Key Responsibilities: Act as an ambassador for the Dairy Queen brand, ensuring professionalism in all aspects. Enthusiastically greet and welcome fans, striving to exceed their expectations. Develop and manage the restaurant's business plan to optimize sales and profit. Hire, train, and coach a motivated team of up to 60 coworkers to create a productive work environment. Ensure a positive, safe, and clean atmosphere for both fans and team members. Implement effective food safety training and practices. Resolve fan concerns calmly, adhering to Dairy Queen’s service recovery standards. Ability to handle issues that arise and shift your priorities as needed throughout your shift. Enhance restaurant sales through innovative marketing promotions. Ordering and inventory control. Meet Labor and COGS goals provided. Requirements: 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a quick-service environment. High School diploma or equivalent. Strong hospitality and customer service skills. Proven ability to manage costs effectively. Knowledge of safe food handling practices; ServSafe® certification is a plus. Excellent coaching and employee development skills. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Benefits: Flexible schedule options. Scheduling: Our store managers are typically scheduled 45 hours per week and consistently have 2 days off per week. You receive time and a half for any additional hours worked over 40 in a week.
