Senior Human Resources Manager

My client, a global manufacturer in the pharmaceutical space, is looking for a Senior HR Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, overseeing HR operations, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a proactive leader who can balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition initiatives. Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations. Manage performance management programs, succession planning, and leadership development. Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making. Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Mentor and develop HR team members to achieve departmental goals. Support change management and organizational development efforts. Company is looking for Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. Proven experience partnering with executive leadership teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Experience with HRIS platforms and HR analytics. Professional certification preferred (SHRM‑SCP, SPHR, or equivalent).
