About the role: We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA Basis Consultant/Specialist with strong expertise in S/4HANA implementations, SAP HANA administration, RISE with SAP on AWS, and SAP BTP. This role will be instrumental in supporting enterprise-scale SAP transformation initiatives and ensuring the stability, performance, and governance of SAP landscapes. Key Responsibilities:

1. Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and conversion projects
2. Perform SAP Basis administration, upgrades, installations, and system refreshes
3. Manage and administer SAP HANA databases, including monitoring, backup/restore, and tenant database operations
4. Configure and support SAP BTP services, subaccounts, entitlements, destinations, and Cloud Connector integrations
5. Coordinate with SAP RISE teams, AWS infrastructure teams, and integration partners
6. Manage transports, release cycles, and landscape governance across DEV, QA, and PROD environments
7. Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance

Required Skills:

• 10 years of SAP Basis Administration experience
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or system conversion (SUM/DMO)
• Strong expertise in SAP HANA Administration
• Experience with RISE with SAP on AWS environments
• SAP BTP administration and connectivity configuration
• Strong knowledge of TMS, transport management, ST22, SM21, SM37, system monitoring, and performance tuning
• Experience managing multi-system SAP landscapes

Preferred Skills:

• SAP Datasphere exposure
• SAP Fiori / Gateway Administration
• SAP Solution Manager or Focused Run
• SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Connector experience
• Experience working with cross-functional and multi-vendor teams

Ideal Candidate:

• SAP Basis professional with S/4HANA migration expertise
• Strong cloud exposure (RISE with SAP & AWS)
• SAP BTP administration experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to proactively identify risks, dependencies, and integration challenges
