Check In Receptionist (Optometry Office)

Our optometric practice is looking for a friendly, outgoing individual to fulfill our Check-in Receptionist position in our Chillicothe location. This position is scheduled for 40 hours per week Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The duties of this position include but are not limited to greeting and checking in patients, answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, entering pre-appointment patient information in our electronic health records system and confirming appointments. This position requires significant organizational, communication, and computer/phone skills. Benefits: Group health insurance plan, pension plan, paid vacation and sick leave.
