Position Title: Temporary Receptionist (Potential Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Escondido, CA

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Employment Type: Temporary with Potential for Permanent Hire
Position Summary

Our growing insulation company in Escondido is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Temporary Receptionist to support daily office operations. This individual will be the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and employees while providing administrative support to help ensure the office runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position is temporary with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors.
• Scan, organize, and upload documents into company systems.
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
• Perform data entry and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Assist office staff with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide general administrative support to help maintain efficient day-to-day office operations.
