KKR's 2027 Summer Analyst Program is an opportunity for you to join a leading global investment firm, during your undergraduate career.

We are recruiting for Summer Analysts for KKR's Insurance business in our Wayne, PA office within our Individual Markets Sales team. Summer Analysts will support the efforts of the sales office, including sales technology, training, internal communications and market research. This role will shadow the various roles in distribution and will be responsible for supporting one of our sales divisions as they try to garner new sales. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the financial services industry and how a sales organization works. Following the conclusion of the internship, 2028 full-time offers may be extended to exceptional performers.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales teams to help drive financial advisor engagement within a defined territory
• Assist with ongoing training initiatives when new products, features, and processes are rolled out
• Collaborate with event planning team to coordinator charity and employee relations events
• Participate in project meetings that affect distribution and sales support
• Analyze competitor materials to benchmark current affiliated marketing materials
• Develop and deliver presentation materials both independently and in collaboration with others
• Study for and take the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam

Qualifications:

• Anticipated graduation date from an undergraduate program in December 2027 - June 2028
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Outstanding academic record
• Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity and quality of work
• Curiosity about and openness to adopting emerging AI technologies in day-to-day workflows
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and relevance
• Highly results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving goals and solving problems
• Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a drive to learn quickly
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of and commitment to meeting the needs and expectations of internal and external stakeholders

This is the expected annual base salary range for this Pennsylvania-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.

$27.88—$27.88 USD
