How You Will Make a Difference Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care. Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing. Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with facility policies and procedures. What You Need To Make a Difference Active nursing license in the state of residence. Current/active CPR certification. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with high quality and productivity. Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Sign‑On Bonuses CNA: $1,000 FT day or night shift. LPN: FT $3,500 night shift, $2,000 day shift. RN: FT $5,000 night shift, $3,500 day shift. MUST have a valid KY nursing license.
