Marketing Assistant: III (Senior)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Campaign Manager to design, build, and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across Adobe platforms. This role will own end-to-end campaign delivery, from strategy and audience definition through execution, optimization, and reporting. You will translate marketing objectives into functional campaign logic within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Marketo, ensuring consistency across channels, segmentation, and messaging.

Responsibilities include configuring audiences, triggers, and journeys; validating dependencies such as data, content, and tracking; and leading campaign go-live processes with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technology, analytics, and compliance teams, particularly within regulated environments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of digital marketing or campaign management experience, including 3+ years hands-on with Adobe tools and expertise in Marketo. Strong analytical skills, KPI ownership, and continuous optimization mindset are essential. Fluency in at least two languages (English, Spanish, or Portuguese) is required.
