Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Certified Automotive Technician to join our team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a high level of efficiency, promoting teamwork, and ensuring the expedient delivery of top-notch automotive services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Motivation:
   

• Provide an example of leadership to achieve high levels of productivity and quality service.
  
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  

1. Shop Organization and Efficiency:
   

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workshop to enhance productivity.
  
• Implement and enforce shop procedures for optimal performance.
  

1. Focus on Technology:
   

• Stay abreast of the latest automotive technologies and implement them into repair and diagnostic processes.
  
• Provide guidance and training to the team on new technologies.
  

1. Vehicle Inspection:
   

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and assess mechanical issues, safety concerns, and areas requiring maintenance.
  
• Provide detailed reports on inspection findings, including recommended repairs and maintenance to ensure the safety and reliability of customer vehicles.
  

1. Personal Billable Hours:
   

• Consistently produce a minimum of 30 billable hours per week through hands-on work.
  
• Lead by example in delivering high-quality, efficient repairs.

1. Vehicle Inspection:
   

• Measure inspection completion and accuracy rate of identified critical issues.
  

1. Customer Satisfaction:
   

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality repairs and excellent service.
  

1. Training and Development:
   

• Assess and enhance your skill levels through training and development initiatives.
  

1. Efficiency Metrics:
   

• Monitor and improve technician efficiency metrics, including turnaround times and completion rates.

Requirements

ASE Certification in G series testing preferred

Proven leadership experience in an automotive service setting

Strong technical skills

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Commitment to following and enforcing shop procedures
