Central Supply Sterile Processing TechSchedule: 8H Rotating (Day/Evening)Assignment Details: Contract Length: 20 weeksRequirements:CRCST (HSPA) certification requiredMinimum of 5 years of SPD experienceMust have completed at least 2 travel assignments, each lasting a minimum of 13 weeks1 year experience in a level 1 academic medical center with 20 or more ORsMust have Service Line experience in Sterile Instrument Reprocessing and GI Endoscope ReprocessingFamiliarity with Olympus Scopes and WasherExperience with various surgical instruments and scopes, including Da Vinci Robot XiRoles & Responsibilities:Process and sterilize surgical instruments in accordance with health standardsMaintain a clean and organized sterile supply areaEnsure the proper use of sterilization equipmentOversee inventory management of sterile supplies and equipmentAssist in training and orienting new staff on protocols and proceduresCompliance / Notes:Travelers are required to work 2 out of 4 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's DayAvailability for Monday to Sunday shifts without block schedulesReliable transportation is necessary, and personal or rental vehicles are recommended due to lack of public transportation accessibilityClient Details: City Burlington State VT
