What You’ll Do Travel to commercial kitchens across the region and clean exhaust hood systems — hoods, filters, ductwork, and rooftop fans Operate pressure washing equipment and specialty cleaning tools Work as part of a small crew and hold yourself to a high standard every job Drive a company vehicle; some overnight travel required What We’re Looking For Dependable — the crew counts on you Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record At least 18 years old Able to climb ladders, access rooftops, and lift up to 50 lbs No experience needed — we train from day one What You Get $22.00/hr during training period — jumps to $25.00/hr once training is complete Overtime pay Bonus opportunities Health insurance with optional dental & vision (full-time employees) Paid time off Year-round employment — North Dakota winters don't slow us down About Extreme Cleaning, Inc.
